Making Changes to your Student’s Course(s)

AMDEC Timetable Change Form – Questions regarding course changes and/or eligibility should be made through the enrolling school. If you wish to add courses for a student who is currently registered in an AMDEC course, do not submit a second registration form. Use this form to add or remove courses from an existing AMDEC student’s timetable. Please download, print and complete the form and fax the completed form back to our office.
